A few bubbles near the edges or where there is caulking is pretty normal but it should take years for any of them to get larger if at all and the footprints would be completely unacceptable to me.
The adhesive is solvent based and must be allowed to gas off and become touch dry prior to bonding the membrane into position.

In most cases bubbles in epdm roofing are just a cosmetic problem as long as they aren t growing.
Roof bubbling is just what it sounds like spots where the rubber has lifted off the surface of the roof and formed a bubble or blister.
