Animal rescue volunteers work with the animal rescue team to help save animals who are the victims of illegal animal cruelty and natural disasters. If each volunteer needs training to handle the animals and understand standard procedures the process is a waste when trained volunteers quit after spending as little as 20 minutes playing with the animals.
